Welcome to Blue Lion Consultants! Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before using our services.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services offered by Blue Lion Consultants ("Company," "we," "us," "our") to any client ("Client," "you," "your") engaging our services. By commissioning services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Blue Lion Consultants provides custom marketing and design services, including but not limited to custom video design, animated logos, interactive videos, social media management, paid advertising, brand marketing, and logo animations ("Services"). All work is custom-tailored to the Client’s needs and objectives. Pricing is not fixed and will be discussed individually for each project.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full payment for a project, intellectual property rights for the final deliverable will transfer to the Client. Blue Lion Consultants retains the right to use the final work, or elements thereof, for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Project Approval and Revisions

Final project approval is required from the Client before completion. Minor revisions may be accepted at no additional charge at the Company’s discretion. Major revisions, additional work, or changes requested after the initial project scope has been confirmed will incur additional charges.

5. Deposit and Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of between 25% and 50% of the agreed project fee is required to begin work. Final deliverables will be provided in high resolution, watermark-free, and with ownership transfer only upon full payment of the remaining balance. In the event of Client cancellation prior to project completion, the deposit is forfeited.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, business, or personal information shared in connection with the project. This confidentiality extends to all project materials, strategies, and personal information exchanged during the course of the collaboration.

7. Promotional Use of Work

By engaging with Blue Lion Consultants, you agree that we may showcase completed projects on our website, portfolio, or marketing materials, provided it does not disclose any proprietary Client information.

8. Client’s Obligations and Deliverables

The Client agrees to provide necessary materials, content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. For each project, the Client will be informed of required materials, which may include but are not limited to logos, visual assets, and brand guidelines. Delays in delivering required assets may impact project timelines.

9. Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are individually discussed and confirmed. Blue Lion Consultants will notify the Client if a backlog of work could impact the delivery timeline. In case of unexpected delays on the Company’s end, the Client will be informed accordingly.

10. Liability Limitation

Blue Lion Consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or reliance on our services. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not restrict your statutory rights under applicable law but applies to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

11. Modifications to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. By continuing to use our services, Clients agree to be bound by the most current Terms available on our website.

12. Third-Party Tools

Certain projects may incorporate third-party tools or assets, over which Blue Lion Consultants has no control. We shall not be held liable for any issues arising from third-party software or services used within the scope of a project.

13. Limitation of Warranties

Blue Lion Consultants provides services on an "as-is" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding our services, deliverables, or potential outcomes. All subjective aspects, such as design choices, are at our sole discretion and will be completed to the best of our professional capabilities.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in France, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.

15. Refund Policy

Once work on a project has commenced, deposits are strictly non-refundable. Upon project completion and final approval, the remaining balance is due immediately. Any requests for further modifications after final approval may incur additional charges.

16. Termination and Renewal of Services

Design projects are considered complete upon final approval and payment. For recurring marketing services, we require an initial three-month commitment. After this period, the Client may terminate services with a one-month notice.

17. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect data solely for project completion, analytics, and marketing optimization purposes, including but not limited to Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

18. Force Majeure

Blue Lion Consultants shall not be liable for any delays or failure to fulfill our obligations if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.

19. Final Agreement

These Terms and any other written agreements constitute the entire agreement between Blue Lion Consultants and the Client. No amendments to these Terms shall be valid unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.
